CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES
The OZ project is a new construction with contemporary design, conceived around an L-shaped plan that forms the core of the project. This configuration allows organizing volumes in an intimate and protected manner, while structuring living spaces around the outdoors. The roof shifts and accompanies the volumes, integrating vegetation along the entire height of the facade and reinforcing the project's anchoring in its environment.
ARCHITECTURAL APPROACH
Living spaces are organized around the L, creating open yet preserved areas, fostering a more intimate way of living. Rooms are designed for fluid and evolving use, directly connected to terraces and pool. The house thus offers varied atmospheres, between openness and protection, adapted to different moments of the day.
MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES
Brown aluminum joinery integrates discreetly into the landscape and emphasizes the architectural lines. Facades combine light plaster, stone and wood, while terraces naturally extend living spaces. Vegetation integrated into the roof and facades contributes to a peaceful Mediterranean atmosphere, giving the project a contemporary, soft and durable identity.
